Wednesday, Jan. 17
An employee at California Check Cashing, 358 N. Main St., reported at 8:18 a.m. that the store had just been robbed by a man who simulated having a gun under his sweatshirt.
Tuesday, Jan. 16
Someone in the Kaiser Foundation Hospital emergency room, 1777 W. Yosemite Ave., called at 9:25 p.m. and said that a 15-year-old boy had been hit with a beer bottle.
Monday, Jan. 15
An employee at Verizon Wireless, 1178 E. Yosemite Ave., reported at 9:13 a.m. that two men had just robbed him at gunpoint.
Sunday, Jan. 14
A woman on the 1900 block of Landreth Lane called at 9:05 p.m. and said that two men had hit her in the face and taken $10 from her purse.
Saturday, Jan. 13
At 4:14 p.m., a woman on the 1800 block of North Main Street reported that her estranged husband had taken five guns from her home.
A caller on the 1100 block of South Main Street reported at 9:15 p.m. that a gas station clerk was slurring words and smelled like alcohol.
Friday, Jan. 12
A man at Manteca High School, 450 E. Yosemite Ave., said at 4:53 p.m. that someone had smashed the glass door to the speech arts building.
Jan. 11
A caller on the 800 block of Cedar Way told police at 10:15 a.m. that a barking dog had been chained to the ground for more than a week.
