LATHROP — Roth Road will be closed to all traffic from Tuesday, Aug. 18, to Thursday, Aug. 20, to allow Union Pacific Railroad workers to replace the easternmost railway crossing on the road.

Anyone who needs to reach businesses west of the crossing, including Sharpe Army Depot, will have to do so from the west.

Travelers trying to go east on Roth Road from Interstate 5 toward Airport Way will detour south onto Harlan Road, east on Lathrop Road and north on Airport Way.

Those wishing to go west on Roth Road from Airport Way will detour west onto Lathrop Road and north onto Harlan Road.

Both detours will end at Roth Road.
